At EcoNestHome, we care deeply about your experience. Every towel, bath accessory, and home essential is shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right!


 

 

🛍️ Returns

 


Because our products are fulfilled by our international partners, we can only accept returns in certain situations.

We gladly accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective
  • An item is missing from your package



We cannot accept returns for:


  • Change of mind or accidental purchases
  • Products that match the description and arrived in good condition
  • Incorrect size or color choice
  • Slight color differences caused by screen or lighting variations



To start a return, please email us at Support@econesthome.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:


  • Your order number
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

⚠️ Do not return items to the address on your parcel — it’s our supplier’s warehouse and returns sent there cannot be processed.

 

💸 Refunds

 

 

Once we review and approve your request, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


In some cases, we may offer:


  • A replacement item, or
  • Store credit for faster resolution.



 


🚚 Lost or Delayed Orders



If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

We’ll work directly with our logistics partner (CJdropshipping) to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement/refund if confirmed lost.


 


🧾 Important Notes



  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we’re not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
  • Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for parcels still in transit or awaiting customs clearance.
