EcoNestHome Shipping Policy

Order Processing

At EcoNestHome, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and sustainably as possible.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If there are any delays due to high order volumes or stock issues, we’ll notify you promptly by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Shipping to UK takes 5-11 days and for USA and rest of the countries it takes 7-15 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Please note: Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once your order reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

EcoNestHome is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at  Support@econesthome.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damaged products and packaging — we’ll be happy to help.
